1. Shipping Costs

We are currently offering FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders to the United States, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand. No hidden handling fees or surprise charges at checkout.

2. Processing & Handling Time

  • Handling Time: 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 AM (EST-8). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.

  • All orders undergo a quality check and professional packing before being handed over to our carriers.

3. Transit Time & Delivery Estimates

  • Estimated Shipping Time: 12 - 25 business days.

  • Note: While we strive for timely delivery, shipping times may be affected by customs clearance or extreme weather conditions.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (Pre-disclosed for Transparency) To keep our wholesale prices as competitive as possible, please note:

  • Prices Exclude Duties: The prices shown on our product pages do not include import duties or local sales taxes.

  • Calculated at Checkout: For your convenience and transparency, these fees are calculated before you pay. You will see the final total (including any applicable taxes or duties) at the checkout stage.

  • No Hidden "Fees at Door": We aim for a smooth delivery process so that there are no unexpected charges to be collected by the driver upon arrival.

  • FDA Compliance: Since sunglasses are regulated by the FDA, please be aware that US Customs may occasionally contact the importer (you) for standard clearance information. This is a federal requirement for all imported eyewear.
