REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
1. Standard Return Window (Non-Defective Items)
We understand that B2B customers may occasionally need to return an order. You may initiate a return for non-defective, unused items within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
- Returns for non-defective items may be subject to a **15% Restocking Fee** to cover processing and international handling costs.
- The customer is responsible for all **return shipping costs** to our designated international facility.
2. Damages, Defects, and Wrong Items (No Restocking Fee)
We guarantee the quality of our products. Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If you receive items that are defective, damaged during transit, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue.
In the event of verified defects, we offer the following resolutions at the customer's choice:
- A Full Refund for the value of the damaged pieces, or
- A Credit applied to your next wholesale order, or
- Replacement of the damaged items (subject to availability).
For verified defective claims, **no return is required** to China. We will ask for photographic evidence for claim processing to minimize hassle and cost.
3. Return Instructions and Address Disclosure
To initiate any return (standard or defective), please email us first to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. **Do NOT send items before receiving an RMA.**

Note on Shipping: All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is confirmed to be damaged or incorrect.
4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot process returns or refunds for clearance items, gift cards, or customized/personalized products (special orders).
5. Refund Processing Time
Once your return or claim has been approved, the refund process will begin immediately. Please note the following timelines:
- Credit Card/Original Payment Method: Refunds are typically processed back to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal) within **5-7 business days** after the claim is approved or the returned items are received and inspected.
- Bank Processing Delay: Please allow an additional **3-5 business days** for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account statement.
- Wholesale Credit: If you choose a credit to be applied to your next wholesale order (Section 2), the credit will be made available in your account within **2 business days**.
